Retail Ordering Information
You may place your order in one of three ways:
1: Through Quilters Warehouse
2: For Retail Orders in New Zealand or Australia,

3: Directly from this website.
- You can order 24/7 with confidence using our secure shopping cart. We accept Visa or Master Card.
- You can snail mail in your order and include a check or provide credit card information.
- If you prefer to call, we are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM Mountain time. If no answer, leave a message and we will call you back during those times.

- Minimum shipping charge is $5.05 for orders in the US.
- Orders are usually shipped USPS Priority and we use FedEx ground for larger orders. We ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- We cannot be responsible for lost orders outside of the US. If you have concerns please request extra insurance.
- We are not responsible if you type in the incorrect address, lost or misdirected packages. Please request extra insurance if you are concerned.
- Out of country shipping charges are higher, please call for a quote.
Wholesale Ordering
- If you are a retail shop that would like to carry these products in your store you can email or call for an order form.
- You must be a qualified retail establishment. Credentials may be requested.
- At this time online ordering is not available for wholesale orders.
- Please call in, fax or e-mail your qualifying credentials.
- Qualifying credentials include one or more of the following; State Tax ID#, copy of letterhead, newsletter from your shop.
- You can also order from any of the distributors listed below.

Returns
- We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unhappy you may return an item within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us first for an authorization.
- Unfortunately books and patterns are not returnable due to copyright rules. Products must be unopened and in new condition.
- Shipping fees are not refundable unless an item was shipped incorrectly due to our error.
- In the event of a returned check there will be a charge of $35. If ordering by check, please allow an extra week to receive your order. We wait for the check to clear before shipping your order.
- All items returned must be in salable condition.
- Sorry but no refunds after 30 days.
